2002: Pr003 commenced, trackbed cleared, track laid & carriages arrived.

2003: Whitrope Tunnel blocked, carriage restoration & Pr004 commenced, more track to Whitrope.

2004: Trackbed cleared, class 26 locomotive acquired

2005: £50k grant obtained, track laid at Whitrope, Heritage Centre work commenced

2006: Whitrope Tunnel surveyed, HC work continues, 26010 restored & returned to Scotland

2007: Track relaying continues in earnest, a start is made on Whitrope platform & loop, 26010 runs again as D5310

2008: More tracklaying at Whitrope

2009: Tracklaying continues, Heritage Centre coaches are painted, station platform takes shape
